Shipping Policy – Vermillion M+
Vermillion is a 100% mobile detailing service we come to you. There are no physical shipments or delivery fees for our core services.
Scheduling & On-Site Arrival
• All bookings require a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.
• We arrive within your selected 2-hour window (e.g., morning/afternoon block).
• If we are delayed beyond the window due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately and offered a reschedule or full deposit refund.
• If you cancel or reschedule less than 2 hours before your slot, the deposit is forfeited.
Payment & Add-Ons
• The remaining balance (after deposit) is due on-site via tap-to-pay (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cash is also accepted.
• Add-on products (e.g., custom oils, fresheners) are available on-site and paid at completion.
No Physical Shipping
We do not ship products or equipment. All services are performed in-person at your location.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where Vermilion cancels the appointment.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit.
• If the job is completed to satisfaction, no refunds will be issued for completed services.
